Happy New Year! What an amazing start to 2019. Collaboration over competition. That’s my motto for all of 2019. This weekend I had the opportunity to serve as a panelist for Baton Rouge’s very first Blogger Brunch hosted by Social Butterfly of LA. It was the largest industry event for bloggers, vloggers, and brand influencers in Louisiana and surrounding areas. The event took place downtown Baton Rouge at the southern chic and classy venue called The Trademark.

It was such a pleasure to brunch with such amazing influencers, vendors, and beautiful women. The event was created with the mission of social networking collaboration for women to learn about new trends and techniques in the blogging, influencing, and content creation industry all while enjoying some bomb food. It was an honor to serve on a panel with other powerful women and I learned a ton of valuable information from some of the industry’s best. The sponsors of the event went above and beyond to make sure the event went on without a kink, and the vendors all offered super dope products and services.

We told it all, the ends and outs on how to begin a journey as an influencer. I am excited to see all the new influencers that decide to spread their wings and get started! All I can say is, if you’re even the slightest bit interested in influencing or just looking to be a part of an amazing group of women who really want to see EVERYONE win, you don’t want to miss the next event!
